    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of plumbing services by Start 2 Finish Plumbing ("we", "our", or "us") to you ("the Customer"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which comply with Australian Consumer Law and NSW Fair Trading regulations.

    1. Services

    We provide licensed plumbing, gas fitting, and related services in accordance with NSW plumbing standards and regulations (Licence No. 383982C). We will perform the services with due care and skill, using materials that are reasonably fit for purpose.

    2. Quotes and Pricing

    • We provide fixed-price quotes before commencing work.
    • Our $0 call-out fee applies to attendance and assessment. If you choose not to proceed with the quoted work, no fee is charged for the call-out.
    • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
    • Any variations or additional work required will be quoted and agreed upon before proceeding.

    3. Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion of the services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer. Overdue invoices may incur late payment fees and recovery costs.

    4. Warranties and Guarantees

    Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

    • Cancel your service contract with us; and
    • A refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value.

    We also provide a warranty on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials supplied.

    5. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the provision of our services is limited to the cost of re-supplying the services or the repair of the defective work. We are not liable for pre-existing issues or damage caused by third parties.

    6. Site Access and Conditions

    The Customer must ensure safe and clear access to the site for our personnel and equipment. If hazardous materials (such as asbestos) are discovered, work will cease immediately, and the Customer will be responsible for safe removal by qualified professionals before work can resume.
